Rachel Mariani (she/her)

Rachel | Registered Psychotherapist

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I provide a warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented space where clients can safely explore their emotional experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful healing. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, emotional burnout, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, or chronic stress, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and create sustainable change.

Through an integrative and personalized approach, I support individuals in understanding the deeper patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system responses. Together, we work toward greater emotional balance, resilience, and self-compassion.

Areas of Specialization

Anxiety & Stress

Anxiety can affect every aspect of daily life, including relationships, sleep, work performance, and emotional well-being. I help clients better understand the root causes of anxiety while developing practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and stress management. As a result, clients often experience increased calm, clarity, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

Trauma & Nervous System Regulation

Trauma can leave lasting emotional and physiological effects that impact how we feel, think, and connect with others. Using trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR therapy and emotion-focused interventions, I support clients in processing difficult experiences while helping the nervous system move out of survival mode and toward safety, regulation, and healing.

Relationships & Attachement Patterns (Individual Approach)

Healthy relationships begin with understanding ourselves. I work with individuals experiencing relationship conflict, attachment wounds, communication difficulties, boundary challenges, or recurring relational patterns. Through deeper exploration and emotional processing, clients can build healthier, more secure connections with themselves and others.

Emotional Burnout

Emotional burnout often develops gradually through chronic stress, caregiving demands, perfectionism, or emotional exhaustion. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, reconnect with your needs, and restore emotional capacity. Together, we identify the patterns contributing to overwhelm and create strategies that support sustainable well-being.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Mental Helth

Pregnancy and postpartum experiences can bring profound emotional, relational, and identity changes. I provide compassionate support for individuals navigating prenatal anxiety, postpartum depression, birth trauma, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and the transition into parenthood. My approach prioritizes emotional safety, self-compassion, and practical support during this important stage of life.

Ready to take the next step?

Above all, I believe therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and grounded in genuine human connection. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to each client’s individual goals and lived experiences. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they move toward healing and personal growth.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming; however, therapy can be an important first step toward meaningful change. If you are seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, emotional burnout, nervous system regulation, or pregnancy and postpartum mental health, I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey toward healing and emotional wellness.
