I am a Registered Psychotherapist who offers a compassionate, relational, and client-centred approach to therapy. My work is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally aware care, with a focus on understanding how lived experiences shape identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth.

I am deeply committed to supporting individuals from marginalized and underrepresented communities, particularly those who may have felt dismissed, misunderstood, or unsafe within previous mental health settings. As someone with lived experience of marginalization, I understand how vulnerable seeking support can feel. Therefore, I strive to create a collaborative, affirming, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where your voice, experiences, and goals remain central throughout the healing process.

Trauma-Informed & Relational Care

Experiences of trauma, whether ongoing or rooted in early relationships, can significantly affect self-esteem, emotional regulation, boundaries, and interpersonal connection. Because of this, I work collaboratively with clients to gently process unresolved experiences while developing healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

In addition, I believe therapy should move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with themselves in a more compassionate and authentic way.
