I am a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in direct practice and am passionate about supporting others on their journeys navigating complex challenges. As a community social worker in Ottawa, I had the honour of working collaboratively and creatively with a diverse range of clients. I have extensive experience with both adolescents, teens and adults and work with relational issues, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, bi-polar disorder, PTSD and complex trauma.

If you do not see your provider listed below please let us know and we may still be able to bill them directly. It's important to verify your specific coverage with your employer before beginning therapy. Please note that certain plans may still operate on a Pay and Submit basis, requiring clients to submit receipts for reimbursement independently.

Individual sessions are $140 plus HST for 50 minutes and $163 plus HST for Couples and Family sessions with an Atlas Therapy Intern.
