Emily Robinson, RP (Qualifying)

Emily (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works from a warm, collaborative, and client-centred approach, supporting individuals in developing insight, emotional awareness, and meaningful change. Her practice is informed by Person-Centred, Solution-Focused, and Gestalt therapies, and she integrates elements of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and art therapy within an eclectic, evidence-informed framework.

Areas of Focus

Emily mainly works with children, teens, and young adults. She supports clients navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, neurodivergence (including ADHD and ASD), identity exploration, and life transitions. She has a strong commitment to providing affirming care for individuals within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, as well as supporting recent immigrants and refugees.

What to Expect in Session

She strives to create a grounded, non-judgmental, and inclusive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, both verbally and creatively, while also being gently supported and challenged toward growth. Emily believes that clients are the experts of their own lives and sees her role as fostering awareness, reflecting insight, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
