Navigating the stress and uncertainty of everyday life can feel defeating and lonely. You don’t have to face it on your own. I support teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, self-worth, emotional regulation, stress/burnout and ADHD.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Child and Youth Worker and in emergency shelters, which deepened my compassion and understanding of the complex challenges many people face. My time spent living in Australia and Southeast Asia further contributed to my understanding of mental health through diverse cultural perspectives. Through all of these experiences, one truth has remained constant: healing begins with connection.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative process tailored to your strengths, goals, and lived experiences. I practice from a trauma-informed lens and draw from evidence-based approaches, including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and ADHD Coaching.
My goal is to create a safe space where you feel understood, supported and can truly be yourself (or start figuring out who that is). I bring a non-judgmental, down-to-earth approach to therapy, so conversations feel human and relatable rather than clinical or intimidating. Together, we’ll focus on developing coping strategies that work in real life and building lasting resilience. I understand that healing isn’t linear, and I’ll meet you wherever you are in the process.
I offer virtual and phone sessions to individuals across Ontario, with no waitlist and provide direct billing to eligible insurance providers. I welcome you to book a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
