Navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm can feel isolating; however, you do not have to face these challenges alone. I support teens and adults across Ontario who are experiencing anxiety, ADHD, self-worth concerns, body image struggles, relationship difficulties, school or career stress, and emotional regulation challenges.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Child and Youth Worker and within emergency shelters, experiences that strengthened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and complex mental health needs. Additionally, living in Australia and Southeast Asia expanded my appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives and the importance of connection in the healing process.

My practice is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate several therapeutic approaches, including:

Together, these approaches help clients develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional awareness, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change in daily life. Furthermore, sessions focus on realistic tools that support long-term wellbeing both inside and outside of therapy.

My goal is to help you build confidence, improve emotional balance, and feel more equipped to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and self-compassion.

Virtual Therapy Across Ontario

I offer virtual and phone therapy sessions for individuals across Ontario, with no waitlist and direct billing available for eligible insurance providers. Additionally, free consultations are available to help determine whether we are the right fit for your therapy goals and needs.
