Welcome, I’m Jenna! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Atlas Therapy currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families better understand their experiences while creating meaningful and lasting change through therapy.
I believe counselling should be a collaborative, compassionate, and supportive space where clients feel safe to explore vulnerability, strengthen self-awareness, and build resilience. Therefore, my approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story and circumstances.
My work thus far has been informed by Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioural therapeutic approaches, allowing me to help clients identify their strengths, build resilience, and create practical strategies for growth. I have had the privilege of working with children, youth, and families to improve relationship dynamics, strengthen communication, and enhance existing strengths within each individual.
I support clients navigating:
Additionally, I have experience working with children, youth, and families to strengthen communication, improve relationship dynamics, and build upon existing strengths. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, attachment/ relationship difficulties, or other life challenges, I am here to support you as you navigate your healing journey.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, accepted, and comfortable expressing themselves openly. Together, we can explore past experiences, remain grounded in the present, and work toward a more balanced and fulfilling future.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, relationship struggles, burnout, or low self-worth, my goal is to support you with compassion, practical guidance, and collaborative care throughout your healing journey.
