Hello! My name is Natalie, and I am honoured to be a part of the journey that has brought you to therapy. I believe entering therapy holds the power to be a transformative experience, but I also want to acknowledge the vulnerability and courage it takes to begin something new and intimidating. My role is to create a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space where you feel seen and empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace as we work towards achieving your goals and strengthening your well-being.
I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. By integrating awareness of the body’s wisdom with psychotherapy insight, I support clients in developing greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and resilience through times of stress and transition. My hope in therapy is that you are able to offer yourself the space and compassion to learn and grow throughout the journey, all while recognizing your capabilities and strengths as the expert in your own life.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) My practice draws from an integrative framework that includes mindfulness, somatic techniques, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These approaches allow us to tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs, where my hope is that therapy becomes a space to reconnect with your most authentic self.
I offer in-person therapy sessions in Cambridge and virtual counselling across Canada.
My professional background begins with the completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University, followed by a Master of Art in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree from Yorkville University, which is currently being completed. My experience stems from my work as a volunteer with Victim Services, supporting individuals and families through tragic circumstances. I also worked at a local women’s shelter in my hometown, supporting women and families who have experienced domestic violence.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you. Please consider booking a free 15-minute consultation. That way, we can connect, answer questions, and see if working together feels right.
