Hello, I’m Natalie, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I support individuals as they navigate anxiety, self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship distress, and nervous system dysregulation. In addition, I have a special focus on healthcare professionals and primary care providers experiencing burnout, emotional strain, or compassion fatigue.
I recognize that starting therapy can feel vulnerable; therefore, I aim to provide a safe, nurturing, and collaborative environment where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace. My goal is to help you strengthen emotional well-being while reconnecting with your sense of self.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Western University and I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University.
Moreover, my clinical experience includes supporting individuals through volunteer work with Victim Services and working in a women’s shelter assisting survivors of domestic violence. These experiences have deepened my commitment to trauma-informed, compassionate care.
I believe clients are the experts of their own lives; therefore, my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and care. Rather than focusing on “fixing,” therapy becomes a space for reflection, growth, and reconnection with your authentic self.
In addition, I strive to help you build self-compassion, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that support meaningful and sustainable change.
I work with clients experiencing:
Furthermore, I support individuals seeking to build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies during periods of change or uncertainty.
My practice is holistic and client-centred, grounded in the understanding that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. Because of this, I integrate awareness of both emotional and physical experiences to support deeper healing and self-understanding.
I draw from an integrative therapeutic framework that includes:
Together, these approaches support clients in developing emotional regulation, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnecting with personal values and strengths. Additionally, somatic work helps increase awareness of how stress and emotions are held in the body, supporting greater balance and resilience.
If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honoured to support you. Please reach out to book a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, explore your goals, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit for your healing journey.
