I am a Registered Psychotherapist and active member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and Psychedelic Association of Canada. Based in Windsor, I provide therapy for individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, complex trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, attachment wounds, narcissistic abuse, divorce, co-parenting difficulties, and corporate burnout.
My clinical approach integrates evidence-based and holistic therapies, including DBT, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago Couples Therapy, Somatic Therapy, ecotherapy, neuropsychology, and the TRIP Psychedelic Therapy Protocol. As a result, treatment is personalized to support emotional regulation, nervous system healing, relationship repair, and long-term growth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, along with degrees in Clinical Psychology and Medicine from Wayne State University and Saba University School of Medicine.
Additionally, my work across Canada has strengthened my understanding of diverse mental health experiences and the importance of accessible, compassionate care. I believe mental health deserves the same attention and support as physical health, without stigma or shame.
My practice is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and lived experience. Because I understand the impact of trauma and emotional struggle firsthand, I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, understood, and supported.
Furthermore, I offer innovative therapeutic services, including Trauma-Processing Intensives, Somatic Experiencing, Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, Equine-Assisted Therapy, Virtual Reality Therapy, and outdoor interactive sessions. These approaches can effectively support anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation.
By combining traditional psychotherapy with experiential and somatic methods, I help clients address the root causes of distress while building resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change.
Beyond private practice, I am passionate about community advocacy and preventative mental health care. I support local first responders and promote awareness around the effects of social media and technology on adolescent mental health and emotional development.
In addition, I believe meaningful healing happens through connection, education, and individualized care tailored to each client’s unique goals and experiences.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Therefore, I work collaboratively with clients to create a treatment approach that aligns with their personal needs, values, and goals. Whether you are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions, my goal is to help you develop clarity, resilience, and sustainable healing.
