Chantal | Registered Psychotherapist

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). My training includes DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago Couples Therapy, and Brainspotting. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, BPD, complex trauma, bipolar disorder, attachment issues, divorce, and co-parenting.

My professional path has taken me across Canada and deepened my understanding of diverse mental health needs. Just like we care for a broken bone, our mental well-being deserves the same attention—not stigma or neglect. Though mental health challenges may be invisible, they are just as essential to our overall well-being.

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as degrees in Clinical Psychology and Medicine from Wayne State University and Saba University School of Medicine.

My approach is rooted in deep empathy, shaped by my own experiences with trauma and mental illness. This gives me a unique ability to connect and understand. I know the value of having a guiding light during dark times, and I’m dedicated to helping clients build resilience and strength.

Based in Cambridge, Ontario, I’m passionate about giving back to the community. I offer innovative programs like Equine-Assisted Therapy and Virtual Reality Therapy—effective for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I believe in blending traditional and unconventional methods to provide meaningful, individualized support.
