I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. I believe meaningful healing begins through authentic connection; therefore, my approach is grounded in empathy, trust, collaboration, and respect.
I currently pursue a Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and hold an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from University of Ottawa. In addition, my professional background in special education and community engagement has allowed me to support youth with diverse abilities while advocating for inclusion, accessibility, and systemic change.
My work is rooted in culturally competent, anti-oppressive, and inclusive care. Furthermore, I believe clients are the experts of their own experiences, while my role is to walk alongside them with compassion, curiosity, and humility.
I use an integrative therapeutic framework that includes:

As a result, therapy becomes a collaborative process focused on empowerment, resilience, and meaningful change.
I support individuals navigating:
Because every individual’s experience is unique, therapy is tailored to your personal goals, values, and lived experiences.
I view therapy as something created with you, not something done to you. Therefore, sessions are designed to encourage reflection, emotional insight, and practical growth in a supportive environment.
Although taking the first step can feel overwhelming, you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we will explore your strengths, clarify your values, and work toward the changes that feel most aligned with the life you want to build.
