Hello, and welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (RHNP) through the Global Association for Integrative Nutrition (GAIN). My work focuses on supporting women who are experiencing stress, fatigue, and challenges with eating habits, often alongside busy or demanding lifestyles.

Through a holistic, whole-person approach, I provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

My Approach

My approach considers how nutrition, daily habits, and lifestyle factors can support both physical and emotional wellbeing. I work collaboratively with clients to build simple, sustainable habits that feel realistic and supportive—without adding more pressure or overwhelm.

My approach is also shaped by my own experiences navigating challenges with eating habits, stress, hormonal and digestive challenges, and the realities of balancing life and overall wellbeing, and learning how nutrition, movement, and daily routines can support both mental and physical health.

I bring this perspective into my work with a focus on empathy, understanding, and practical, sustainable change.
