I know that starting therapy can feel like a big, uncertain step. Many people arrive feeling unsure about what to say, worried they should already have their lives figured out, or nervous about opening up parts of themselves they’ve kept tucked away. If you’re feeling hesitant, stuck, or questioning whether things can really change, you’re not alone. Those feelings are incredibly common.
Specialized Support for Your Unique Journey
When you work with me, we take things one step at a time, together. I’m here to create a space where you can exhale and sort through what’s weighing on you without judgment or pressure. I blend evidence-based approaches and a bit of gentle humour when it helps, so the process feels human, approachable, and shaped around you.
I draw from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic approaches, including:
However, my approach isn’t about fitting you into a particular therapeutic model – it’s about adapting these evidence-based methods to align with your unique needs, cultural background, and personal goals.
Over time, my hope is that you begin to feel more settled and supported, rather than overwhelmed. I want you to feel truly seen and safe enough to show up as your full self. When you feel grounded in that kind of relationship, real change becomes possible and moving forward starts to feel not only achievable, but natural.
