You don’t have to have everything figured out to start feeling better. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I work with people who look like they’re “doing fine” on the outside—but internally feel stuck, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed.
If you find yourself caught in mental loops, overthinking everything, or feeling like you’re living on autopilot, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with anxiety, depression, and a persistent sense of being “behind” in life. Others are navigating deeper concerns like existential dread, loss of identity, or feeling disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or their sense of purpose.
My areas of focus include:
Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to you. I integrate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Art Therapy. That means we can build practical coping tools while also exploring the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
I aim to create a space where you can be honest—messy thoughts, contradictions, and all—without judgment. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more connected, more self-aware, and more like yourself again (or maybe for the first time).
You don’t need to wait until things get worse to start therapy. If something feels off, that’s reason enough. I offer free 15-minute consultations and am happy to answer any questions you have!
