As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer a secure, inclusive, and supportive space for clients. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating ADHD, relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, caregiving, and palliative care.
Fluent in both English and French, I bring a multicultural perspective to therapy. I’m also a certified yoga instructor, often weaving holistic practices into sessions. My lived experience with ADHD and anxiety allows me to support clients with a deeper level of empathy.
I hold a Master’s in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care, along with a Master’s in Political Economy and Sociology. My training includes ADHD coaching, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Ecotherapy.
I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and often incorporate nature-based approaches into my work.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve taught youth across Canada, recognizing the vital role mental health plays in our lives. Clients describe me as calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused. I strive to help each person unlock their full potential with integrity and care.
