I am a compassionate, client-centred Registered Psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence. My practice supports individuals experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, caregiver burnout, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, and dependency or relapse-related challenges. In particular, I work with healthcare professionals and caregivers who are experiencing emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, and compassion fatigue.
