My Approach to Therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for each person’s unique experiences and values. I support clients dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem, helping them develop practical tools and deeper self-awareness using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, and personal stories are interconnected, and that meaningful change comes from understanding each of these areas.
