Psychology and psychotherapy have long been passions of mine.
I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2011 and have been honoured to practice as a Psychotherapist for the past five years. During that time, I’ve supported a variety of people, each with a unique story. My services include both short- and long-term therapy, offered in person at our Cambridge office or online for your convenience.
My specialty lies in working with couples around communication, trust, emotional disconnect, sexual intimacy, jealousy, infidelity, separation, parenting styles, in-laws, finances, and resentment. I strive to create a safe, exploratory space where each partner feels heard. From there, we work to heal emotional wounds and build new patterns of connection using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
For individual adults, I provide support with anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma, suicidal ideation, and spiritual concerns. My approach integrates Person-Centred Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. As your Psychotherapist, I aim to foster an environment where you feel respected and understood while deepening your self-awareness.
In addition to working with adults and couples, I’m also trained in supporting children (ages 4+) who may benefit from learning tools for social interaction, navigating bullying, managing school or recreational stress, and understanding the impact of social media or video games. I use a blend of Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help children feel safe and open to growth.
Clients often describe my approach as accepting, gentle, honest, and deeply compassionate. I recognize your strengths and the effort you’ve already made to get here. Together, we build new emotional experiences that help shift old patterns and make room for lasting change. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey—as both a guide and a source of encouragement.
