Hello and welcome. I’m glad you’ve found your way here. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist offering both in-person and virtual therapy sessions through Atlas Therapy in Cambridge, Ontario. I support individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, emotional regulation, and relationship issues.
My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and science. Together, we’ll explore the deeper needs, thoughts, and emotions that may be influencing how you feel. Through this work, my goal is to help you find more balance, clarity, and confidence in your daily life.
I use an adaptive, neuroscience-informed framework that integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Somatic Integration. These tools allow us to personalize each session to support your individual goals.
When working with couples, I focus on strengthening emotional bonds by improving communication, fostering secure attachment, and identifying unhelpful patterns. Whether you’re facing conflict or simply want to deepen your connection, we’ll work together to restore trust and intimacy.
As someone who has personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, I understand how vulnerable starting (or returning to) this journey can feel. I bring that insight into our work and strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Therapy is a step toward healing, connection, and lasting change. If you’re curious about whether we’re a good fit, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation. Let’s take that first step together.
