Breanna (she/her)

Breanna | Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Windsor, Ontario. I support adolescents, adults, and LGBTQ+ clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges. These include ADHD, body dysmorphia, negative self-talk, rejection sensitivity, perfectionism, trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is compassionate and client-centered. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood.

focusing on reducing shame, guilt, and self-blame. At the same time, I help gently challenge the protective patterns and inner narratives that may no longer serve your growth or well-being.

Sessions are interactive and highly personalized. I offer support both in-person across Windsor-Essex and online in Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. I work from a holistic, neurodiverse-informed lens that respects how uniquely each person experiences the world.

drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches. These include Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Parts Work, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness. Together, we co-create a flexible plan tailored to your goals and needs.

Lived experience also informs my work. I know how painful it can feel to be overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. As an intern therapist with Atlas Therapy, I continue to grow under expert supervision. I always prioritize warmth, curiosity, and respect in every session.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We’ll work together to bring clarity to your story and create new ways forward. Everyone carries boulders, but the path often feels lighter when shared with someone who understands.
