As a second-generation immigrant and bicultural individual, I bring a unique perspective to my work at Atlas Therapy. Diversity—in thought, people, and experience—is something I deeply value. I support teens and adults navigating challenges such as trauma, interpersonal conflict, depression, anxiety, OCD, and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). My practice also welcomes LGBTQ+ clients and Indigenous communities, offering culturally responsive and inclusive care.
Clients often describe my approach as flexible and collaborative. I integrate person-centred, trauma-informed, and humanistic principles with tools from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic Therapy. This blend allows me to adapt to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Therapy often reveals shared themes that run through our lives—identity, connection, grief, purpose. I find meaning in witnessing the transformative power of being seen, heard, and validated. These moments foster the kind of growth and healing that lasts.
At our Cambridge office, I offer both in-person and online sessions. As an intern therapist and member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, I draw on over six years of experience supporting adults with schizophrenia, psychosis, and suicidal thoughts, as well as mothers and children navigating homelessness.
Starting therapy takes courage. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to book a free consultation. Let’s take the next step toward hope, healing, and stability—together.
